History of USA Taekwondo Oregon Foundation

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oregon State USA Taekwondo was founded by Chief Master Rick W. Shin on March 15, 2008 by the request from USA Taekwondo CEO, Mr. David Askinas. 

Oregon State Taekwondo have hosted following events:


2008 State - Oregon Convention Center (62 Divisions)
2009 State - Portland Community College, Sylvania Campus (135 Divisions)

2010 State - Portland Community College, Sylvania Campus (203 Divisions)

2011 State - Red Lion Hotel, Water Front Downtown Portland (466 Divisions)

2012 State - Portland Community College, Sylvania (595 Divisions)

2012 - The 1st Pan American Junior Open - 520 participants 

2013 State - Portland Community College, Sylvania ( 405 Divisions)

2013 - PATU World Class Athlete Development Camp at Warner Pacific College

2014 State - Portland State University ( 551 Divisions)

2014 - Pan American Open (WTF G1) - 1720 participants

2015 State - Madison High School (519 Divisions)

2015 - Pan American Club Championships - 820 participants

2016 State - Mt. Hood Community College - 420 Divisions 

2016 - The 1st World Taekwondo President's Cup (WTF G2) - 1915 participants

2017 State - Madison High School - 320 Divisions

2018 State - Madison High School - 490 Divisions
